Delivery time
Ordered on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 18:00? Then we ship your order the same day. Within the Netherlands, orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery to other countries may take a little longer.
Shipping method
All our orders are shipped with PostNL. Except for large orders, we send everything as a letterbox parcel, so you don’t have to stay at home.
Order not received?
We’re sorry you haven’t received your order yet. Letterbox parcels are delivered as letter post and therefore have no track & trace code. In the Netherlands, PostNL delivers letter post from Tuesday to Saturday. Still haven’t received your order after a few working days? Please contact us.
